The Fiji Women’s NRL side hopes to win its first gold medal at the Pacific Games in Samoa.

Coach Peni Tubakibau says the players have been given the right training and attitude at camp as they look to write their names in history come July.

“Good chance to get the gold and I know it seem impossible to some people given the competition throughout the year but I believe we can get something for Fiji.”

He says they’re ensuring the players will be well prepared for the Games and ready to deliver.
