The Sigatoka Electric Sabeto Roosters side has won the Vodafone Cup grand final after defeating a determined Saru Dragons outfit 27-18 at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

Joseva Waibune scored a brace of tries in the first half for the Dragons to lead the Roosters at the breather 14-11.

But the Roosters regathered in the second half to pile on the tries to deny the Dragons from hoisting the Vodafone Cup for the first time.

Fiji Bati elite squad member Jone Sariri played a pivotal role in the Roosters victory.
