Rakiraki needs a later date in the match against Nadi

July 2, 2017 4:35 pm

The Rakiraki Football team has requested the national League committee and the competition manager to postpone their match against Nadi in the Vodafone Premier League.

Team President, Shaneel Chandra Gounder says most of his players will not be available on that day and he needs a later date for the match.

“The game against Nadi on Wednesday is in the middle of the week and majority of our players are working in Suva and it will be very hard to take them from Suva to Rakiraki and then to Nadi.”
