A family organized rugby sevens tournament will give a percentage of their gate takings to the government in support of the Cop 23.
Tournament organizer Filipe Turaga says the event is to raise awareness to members of the public.
“The Ministry that organizes the cop 23 are really happy with our motive and they guarantee to support us through these tournament.”

The family from Natokalau village in Kadavu are affected by the rising of sea-level and will use the tournament to relay the message of climate change.
The tournament will be held on the 23rd-24th of next month at Garvey Park in Tavua.
