Lautoka Football goalkeeper Beniamino Mateinaqara says they have been working on their defense ahead of their OFC Championship clash against Solomon’s Henderson Eels this afternoon.
A win would see the Blues in the driver’s seat in group B, heading into the next stage of the competition.
Mateinaqara says they need to play according to their game plan in order to counter their opponent.
“They’re good at counter so we need to work on our defense and just to stay alert and just be careful and play your set pieces right and stick to the game plan.”
The Blues defeated Morobe Wawens five-nil in its first match last weekend.
Lautoka hosts the Eels at 4 this afternoon at Churchill Park.
