Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan is anticipating a fiery three days of action at the Bayleys Coral Coast 7s, which starts at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka today.
The mentor says with spots up for grabs in the national squad for the next leg of the IRB World Sevens series; there can be no mistake that players will look to stamp their mark.
“Two various tools that I will use over the weekend. One will be if it’s any player that I need to look at bringing into the squad for Dubai and Port Elizabeth, but then also it will more importantly look at me further ahead for when we a planning ahead post-Christmas for the remaining tournaments.”
The tournament starts with two-time champions Red Rock taking on Geckos Lomaiviti at 8:30am.
