The Fiji Bati players will need a strong line-up this week when they take on the Australian Kangaroos and the Papua New Guinea Kumuls in the Pacific Tri Nations rugby league tournament.

Bati rep Jarryd Hayne says, winning is not the objective but gaining experience against the Kangaroos will help them in their performance.

“For us it’s about getting the experience, we want to go out there and learn as much as we can from the best team in the world, so it’s all about gaining experience for me.”

The Fiji Bati will host the tri-nation on Saturday at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
