Fane Sauvakacolo of Suva Grammar School won the Blue Ribbon race in the Suva zone 2 athletics meet underway at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.

She set a new record with the time of 12.87s breaking last years record of 13.53s in the 100m event.

Meanwhile, Viliame Rekiti of Marist Brothers High School won the boys Blue Ribbon race with the time of 10.98s.

Meanwhile, Marist is leading in the Boys Division with 9 gold, 5 silver, and 5 bronze while Suva Grammar School is in second place with 3 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze.

In the Girls Division, Saint Joseph’s Secondary School is leading with 5 gold and 8 silver and 2 bronze, Suva Grammar is in second place with 2 gold, 1 silver, and 5 bronze. Nuku Secondary is in third with 2 gold and 1 silver.
