WAF aims to uplift its services

Customer service is an everyday challenge for the Water Authority.

Infrastructure Minister Jone Usamate says WAF is aiming to improve its services in highly populated areas to overcome this challenge.

The Authority opened a new express centre in Suva today.

“The establishment of this customer service express centre provides convenience and accessibility which in turn allows WAF to serve its customers better.”

Usamate says through the express centre the Authority will ensure they provide service in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
