The Ministry for Women piloted the Start to Finish Service delivery tracker program app also known as S2 tracker yesterday.
The tracker effectively connects citizens directly to government officers who are responsible for any paper work that has been filed.
Ministry for Women Permanent Secretary Dr Josefa Koroivueta says updating citizens on the progress of individual service delivery request is their priority and with the S2 tracker, it will make things convenient for both parties.
“Am very excited because I know this application will be useful in the economic empowerment of women looking at the women entrepreneurs because one of the key agendas of the Fijian government is within the social transformation of the five and twenty year development plan where we look at gender equality where we look at gender and social inclusion across all our development phases.”
The tracker will further enable applicants to track the progress of their applications under the Poverty Benefit Scheme.
