The rehabilitation of Nasau village on Koro Island will begin this month.

Village Headman, Kilioni Tamani says that some families are still living in tents but that will soon change.

Tamani says that they are plans in place with their village committee who are in Suva.

He says the committee is looking at building homes for those who are still living in tents.

Meanwhile, a new maternity unit will soon be built near the Nasau health centre to cater for all pregnant mothers on Koro Island.
