Sitiveni Rabuka will be taking up the position of Opposition Leader in parliament.

Opposition MP, Ro Teimumu Kepa moved the motion for Rabuka to be the new leader of opposition.

Rabuka’s name was the only one received for the position.
“There be no further nominations, I declare that honourable, Sitiveni Rabuka elected as the Leader of Opposition.”

There were no objections from the floor.
