The Acting Police Commissioner had also revealed that there are 157 vehicles that are currently in running conditions.

Earlier this month, Defence Minister Timoci Natuva promised new vehicles for the Fiji Police Force to assist with Police operations on a short term.

Natuva says that one of the biggest challenges in terms of police operations is a shortage of vehicles available for running of the Forces day to day work.
