Police are investigating two alleged attempted robberies that happened last week with the use of a stolen vehicle that is still yet to be found.

Three men are believed to have targeted the New World Supermarket in Valelevu Nasinu and the Rups Big Bear outlet Nakasi Nausori.

Both incidents happened before Christmas.

Police Chief of Operations, ACP Rusiate Tudravu, says the men could possibly have been armed.

Police are also on the lookout for a stolen Toyota Hilux registration FS926 which was used by the suspects.

The vehicle was stolen from Samabula Suva on the 21st of this month.
