Vakaloloma requested to be excused, which was granted.

It is alleged that between the 14th and the 31st of December, 2009 the two men with the intent to defraud, forged a document namely the articles of association to BECP Engineering Construction Fiji Limited.

They allegedly made a false page of the Articles of Association by altering the particulars of a subscriber from Adishwar Padarath of 57 Duncan road in Domain, Suva to Voreqe Bainimarama of 228 Ratu Sukuna Road.

The case will be recalled on the 6th of November.
