The Multinational Observer Group met leaders and representatives of five political parties yesterday.

The party leaders outlined their views on a number of electoral processes and issues.

Cawte says the leaders also hoped there will be an opportunity for further exchanges with the MOG.

Attendees included the leaders of Fiji Labour Party Mahendra Chaudry, Freedom Alliance Party, Jagath Karunaratne, HOPE Tupou Draunidalo, SODELPA Sitiveni Rabuka, and Unity Fiji Savenaca Narube.

She says the MOG is consulting widely and will be observing key election processes over the weeks ahead.
