Former Education Minister and government MP Dr Mahendra Reddy has been acquitted by the Suva Magistrates Court.

The Magistrate in his judgement said that the State has not proven the case beyond reasonable doubt.

Dr Reddy was charged with one count of bribery and one count of undue influence and he pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
