Health Minister – Dr Neil Sharma has issued a stern warning to all staff to complete their Annual Confidential Reports for the year 2011.

The warning comes after 23% of the staff within the ministry failed to fill their position descriptions to the Human Resources department.

Dr Sharma says position descriptions define an individuals’ work role, responsibilities and reduces gaps and overlaps in duty description.

He adds he is giving zero tolerance on the matter and people will be taken to task if they fail to comply.
