Fijians encouraged to liaise with police

The Fiji Police Force is urging Fijians to liaise with their nearest Police Station or Divisional Command Centers if they need any form of assistance.

The Acting Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu says while the curfew hours have reverted to 11pm to 4am, Fijians should not hesitate to call Police if in need of urgent assistance at any time of the day.

People are advised to monitor the news and continue to prepare for Tropical Cyclone Ana.

Tudravu says Fijians should take all necessary safety precautions as some parts of the country are experiencing periods of flash flooding.
