Fiji Airways has released all its annual reports from 2009 and 2013.
This was revealed by Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Public Service and Communications, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum in Parliament this morning.
He was responding to a question posed by Opposition MP Ratu Sela Nanovo as to why the annual reports have not been released.
‘Madame speaker I can confirm that Air Pacific Limited trading as Fiji Airways has in fact released its annual reports for the years 2009 and 2013 to all the shareholders at the Fiji Airways annual general meeting’.
Sayed-Khaiyum also confirmed that the 2014 annual report is being finalized which includes the certified accounts, directors report, the independent auditors report, and certified copies of financial statements of Air Pacific Limited trading as Fiji Airways.
