FICAC lawyer says they are fully aware of Baba’s condition and that the Defence has one month to provide his medical report.

It is alleged that between August 1st and October 15th, Baba made false statements on social media by publishing falsified Voter Lists.

He also allegedly published other false information related to the voter lists on Facebook which he knew to be false or had no reason to believe to be true.

His case will be re-called on the 29th of next month.
