Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation Mereseini Vuniwaqa has told children in residential homes that there is nothing stopping them from achieving their dreams.

The minister hosted children from four different homes from the West and the North to a pre-Christmas dinner at the FMF Gymnasium last night.

“Your present circumstances do not determine where you can go and how far you can go. They merely determine where you start.”

The children were also presented gifts and were treated to music and entertainment.
