November 21, 2015 11:33 pm

Acting Prime Minister and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum met with market vendors and Fijians working at the Ba market yesterday morning.

Sayed-Khaiyum was in Ba to look at the capital works currently being carried out for the construction of the new municipal market and met with the market vendors, bus drivers, shoppers, taxi drivers and even bean sellers.

Market Vendor Sakiasi Vunivala says they were excited because they have seen Ministers coming to people at the grassroots level to hear their problems.

Sayed-Khaiyum stated he was happy to meet with the market vendors and listen not only to their challenges, but also to the success behind their businesses.

He says this is obviously an indication of the support and good work done by the FijiFirst Government.
