The Water Authority of Fiji will suspend all water disconnections until 31st July 2020 forgoing $28.4 million in revenue.
Attorney General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum announced this in parliament as part of the response to COVID-19.
He says the Authority has agreed to cart water to any affected areas until July regardless of expected repair time at a total cost of $4.25 million.
