The oldest land developer, the K.Bhindi Brothers Limited is working on four major land developments this year.

K.Bhindi Brothers Limited General Manager Dr. Sagar Dhanji says some of their projects includes a residential subdivision in Nadi and an industrial subdivision project in Vatuwaqa, Suva.

Dr Dhanji says the increasing demands in housing and land has triggered them to invest more.

“We’ve got various projects that are coming along, we’ve got this land in Nadi that is coming along soon just outside Fantasy, that will be residential lots, 25 residential lots and our pioneer development that is the industrial land that will be in Vatuwaqa in the next couple of years. That is going to be the only industrial land that is going to be available in the Suva area’s industrial zone.”

Dr Dhanji says they are also working on the Makoi land development to move squatter dwellers in Nanuku and Wailea in Vatuwaqa before developing the area.

They are also working on a new industrial area in Cunningham.
