Parliament debates on budget

Parliament is now debating budget to appropriate $3,761,979,404 for the ordinary service of government for the year ending July 31st, 2024.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Professor Biman Prasad moved the Bill this morning.

The debate is expected to go until Wednesday before it is passed.
