The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua and Lami Kava today honored their partnership with the launch of a Fijian Drua Kava pack.

The Lami Kava has committed that a portion of every pack sale will go towards supporting local farmers.

Operations Manager Edward Hoerder says the pack’s launch is to honor their commitment to the Fijian Drua for the next two years.

“The good thing about it is for every packet that’s sold a portion of that sale goes to the Fijian Drua and indirectly you’re also supporting Fijian farmers. Last year we joined as the official Kava supplier for the Fijian Drua and this year we thought we’d take it a step further and grow our partnership and launch the bags.”

Meanwhile, The Drua will be in action against Western Force in its final Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific warm-up match today in Australia.

The trial match will be live on Stan Sports in Australia and Sky Pacific in Fiji at 9pm.
