Fiji FA mum on district trouble

Fiji Football will speak to all parties concerned before commenting on the recent spate of troubles in the Tavua and Savusavu Football Associations.

Both districts have removed their respective presidents and called for a fresh Annual General Meeting.

Fiji FA chief executive, Bob Kumar confirmed receiving a letter from Tavua Football Association regarding the ousting of Shalendra Roy.

Kumar says all involved parties will be spoken to before a decision is made.

Meanwhile, Savusavu is likely to hold a special meeting to replace interim president Ranjit Prasad after he stepped in, to fill the vacant post to carry the Northerners through the Fiji FACT tournament.
