Youths from Naqalimare and surrounding villages of Nadroga/Navosa province are currently undergoing an Effective Leadership and Good Governance Training.
The exercise is facilitated by the Citizens’ Constitutional Forum (CCF) that empowers youths to be more active and participate in community development.
CCF aims to equip youth from these villages to be well equipped with good leadership qualities and practice good governance principles.
CCF’s Community Education and Field Officer, Sereima Lutubula says the workshop will enable young people to realise their potentials.
Previous community workshops have identified youths needs to be included in decision-making process and provide an opportunity for young people to thrive and contribute positively to their communities.
