The Fiji Sugar Corporation will earn more money selling its raw sugar to overseas buyers.

FSC Executive Chair Abdul Khan told FBC News that although Tate and Lyle Refinery of London continue to buy Fiji’s raw sugar – FSC is looking for better prices.

He says already there are two new buyers in the European Union who are giving 14 percent more compared to Tate and Lyle.

Khan says FSC along with government will see that cane farmers get a fair share of proceeds after the sale of sugar and molasses.
