Pita Matairavula charged with the alleged sexual assault of Iowane Benedito has been granted bail yesterday.
The bail, set at $2000 has been granted on the strict conditions.
He has to provide two suitable sureties and appear before the court on each occasion when his case is called until the completion of this case.
Matairavula also has to surrender all travelling documents to the Court which has also issued a Stop Departure Order against him.
The accused is to appear and sign at the nearest Police Station every Friday between 7am and 8pm effective from December 4th.
Matairavula must remain indoors at the home of one of his sureties from 9pm to 6am with immediate effect.
The other four accused persons in this matter are currently on bail.
The case has been adjourned to January 27th for mention.
