All this came to light after the counsel failed to represent his client during the bail ruling yesterday afternoon.

Upon inquiry, it was revealed that his practicing license expired in 2017.

As a result, Tulavu has been further remanded as his counsel failed to appear in court.

A two-week trial has been set for Tulavu which will start on October 21st.

Tulavu is charged with four counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.

Tulavu allegedly raped three church members aged 22, 29 and 32 in Nasinu last year.
