Suva High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza is expected to sum up the case involving the thirty-three-year-old man who allegedly raped his step-daughter on Monday.

Justice Hamza was to sum up the case today but he said there are a lot of evidence that he has to go through.

The thirty-three-year-old man is charged with two counts of rape.

It is alleged he raped his de-facto partners adopted daughter on March 16th in Navua.

The prosecution and the defense gave their closing submissions yesterday.
