The Fiji Police will be questioning a government driver linked to the hospitalization of a child this morning.

The 10-year-old boy is believed to have been admitted to the Navua Hospital yesterday after he was hit by a government vehicle.

Police say the driver was allegedly drunk and driving when the incident happened.

The driver is currently in police custody.
