Jope Koroisavou

Social Democratic Liberal Party Candidate Jope Koroisavou has been taken for questioning by police.

The SODELPA financial member confirmed this on his social media account.

Koroisavou was collecting signatures at the FTA Hall in Suva without the endorsement of the party’s Management Board.

He had earlier told FBC News he would petition the Management Board seeking that they go in the direction preferred by supporters.

SODELPA General Secretary Lenaitasi Duru says they want the constitution followed and hope that Koroisavou is following all processes to carry out his activity.

Questions have been sent to the police regarding this.
