Nadi Park Jam a success

May 20, 2012 5:48 am

Thousands braved the rain and flocked to Korovolu Park in Nadi to be part of FBC’s free music and entertainment last night.

The FBC organised event was basically to provide the people of the western division affected by the two recent disasters a good time to relax and simply enjoy free music.

FBC’s marketing director Morika Hunter says everyone enjoyed themselves as was the initial intention.

“The turnout for the Park Jam was absolutely beyond expectation, just given the fact that it was raining on and off throughout the evening but we still had the park was filled to capacity. I don’t think we could have fit another soul on the ground as it was absolutely jam packed. People just loved coming out and watching free entertainment, children were really, really enjoying the ride, and it was just wonderful to see the people of Nadi come out and really have a good time with the family at the FBC park Jam.”

Performing artist’s last night include Seru Serevi, Saimone Vuatalevu, Georgina Ledua, and others.
