The driver of a vehicle which hit a 48 year old in Sigatoka on Thursday has been bailed to re-appear in court on the 29th of this month.

Salvin Naicker is charged for dangerous driving occasioning death and appeared at the Sigatoka Magistrates court on Friday.

Naicker is alleged to have hit the 48 year old who later died on Friday at the Lautoka hospital.
