Westfield Barbarians and Red Rock have progressed to the cup finals of the Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s this afternoon.

It was a tight tussle in the semi-finals as Westfield edged Wardens Gold 12-7 while Red Rock defeated Nawaka Black 12-5.

In the plate final, Police Suva will face Sports Assist Eagles.

Both teams recorded comfortable victories in their semis encounter with Police beating FNU Lautoka 12-0, whilst Sports Assist Eagles thumped Navatulevu Crusaders 32-0.
