Thomas Baker Memorial want relay gold

The Thomas Baker Memorial School is gunning for gold medals in the relay events.

School teacher, Sakiusa Rokotaka says they are particularly confident in winning the senior girls and boys 4×400-meter races.

“Last year we got two bronze, this year we aim for gold medals from the 4/400 senior boys and 400 senior girls and the also the 4/400relay and 800 metres and this year we are aim for the gold medals for in 4/400 and 400 metres.”

The Kinoya-based school is fielding 32 athletes this year, in comparison to the 28 who participated in 2010.
