The national under 21 squad was named on Saturday after the finals trials at the National Gymnasium.

Coach Moape Vu has selected 24 players to represent the country at the Pacific Series to be held in Suva in June.

The team will bank on the experience of Unaisi Raulini, Sera Dakuitoga and Raijeli Daurewa who were part of the team last year.

New Zealand based duo Losa Tuifagalele and Adi Kulamailagi Tabete are expected to add firepower to the squad.

This squad will form the core of the 15-member squad which will represent the nation at the World Youth Championships in Scotland next year.
