Aide de’ Camp to the President, Julian Toganivalu has been promoted to the rank of Major.

His promotion was officiated by the Commander Republic of Fiji Military Forces, Major General Jone Kalouniwai yesterday.

Major Julian Toganivalu has been Aide de’ Camp to President Konrote during his two terms in office.
