From Fiji to the World, it’s the name of the debut album of local band Inside Out.

“These tracks have been with us for, from when we started Inside Out, some of these songs we just wrote last year and some we composed this year. The whole album speaks about our journey and all our experiences.”

In addition to launching their album, the band also signed up with the Damodar Group of Companies to become a regular feature of their band nights over the next 12 months.

Chief Executive for the Damodar Group of companies, Div Damodar says it’s an opportunity for a partnership to better the local music scene.

“Our main aim is to support local music specifically when it comes out to protect their rights. Piracy is a big issue as we all know it. There’s a campaign that we’re working with and launching very shortly, Play Local, Buy Local.”

Inside Out’s album is now available on music streaming platforms with monthly performances scheduled for Damodar City.
