The Swire Shipping Fiji Warriors side maintained its unbeaten run after thrashing Junior Japan 66-24 in the second round of the World Rugby Pacific Challenge tonight at ANZ Stadium.
The Warriors scored a total of four tries in the half time mark to put them into the lead 26-12.

The tries were scored by debutant Veresa Tuqovu, Veramu Dikidikilati, Mosese Voka and Tira Patterson.
The Fijian side came back strongly in the second spell which saw Patterson score two more tries to get a hatrick before Captain Frank Lomani and Fabiano Navabale scored a try each to extend their lead.

Veramu then grounded his second try of the match in the last minute to seal the win.
Captain Lomani says the players played really well tonight.
“I think we had a good start today and I would like to thank the boys for the massive effort and not forgetting the under 20 and the Japanese side and our sponsor and not forgetting our supporters who came out tonight to witness what the boys did tonight.”
Meanwhile, in the match played earlier, Tonga A defeated Samoa A 13 – A 12.
