Privatization of the Government Printing and Stationery Department will not cause any job loss to current workers.

This was highlighted by Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum. He adds that all employees of GPSD have been offered jobs by Serendib Investment who has now taken over the business.

Sayed-Khaiyum says the decision to join or not to join the printery will depend on the workers.
