Agriculture Minister Dr. Mahendra Reddy has now identified areas that need improvement after visiting Agriculture Officers over the weekend.

Dr. Reddy says he now has a clear understanding of the resources the ministry has on the ground together with the staff capacity and the assistance needed.

“Once we have determined that, we can design programmes to assist our farmers and at the same time make sure that our staff have the resources needed to deliver the expectations of the people of Fiji especially in the Agriculture sector.”
