Unity Fiji Party will not have the full 51 provisional candidates for the upcoming General Election.

Party General Secretary Satish Kumar has revealed to FBC News that they will only have forty provisional candidates.

Kumar says they have announced 14 provisional candidates so far and will most likely announce 26 more tomorrow.

Kumar says they are looking at the quality of provisional candidates and capitalizing on them getting more votes.

He says that they will be filing their candidate nomination forms with the Fijian Elections Office tomorrow.

The party will be releasing their manifesto once the candidates’ ball draw is done.
