Energy Fiji Limited has announced a performance bonus pay out of 1.9 million dollars to its staff.

The bonus will be shared amongst its 792 staff around Fiji.

Announcing the bonus pay out yesterday, Public Enterprise Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says this is testament of the hard work showed by the EFL staff.

“So you will be getting that I believe it is quite an achievement on your part and of course none of this could have been achieved without your individual input, the whole idea is to have a collaborative effort by the staff and indeed the board.”

This is the third year in a row workers at EFL have received performance bonus and Sayed-Khaiyum says EFL should continue to move forward with new innovative ideas.
