The staff of the employment ministry need to keep in mind that an effective plan requires strategies, which will help them to manage future events.

Employment Minister Jone Usamate highlighted this while officiating at the launch of the ministry’s five-year development plan and the one-year operational plan.

Usamate says that both plans will become the platform for effective and sustainable planning for improvements.

“In our plans we have a lot of emphasis on the labour force part especially for women as it has been a challenge in the past and address the engagement of people with special needs in the workforce.”
