A high sale on television sets has been recorded ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Courts Director Marketing Anil Senewiratne says the high sales shows that people in Fiji are preparing to watch the FIFA World Cup.

“FIFA world cup fever is a very good testimony because the number of TV’s that we have sold is a very good testimony to say that the FIFA World Cup is already on in Fiji and as I said before, the Hisense brands quality and the afford ability have moved the numbers for us.”

Senewiratne says TV is a common product that people are aiming for, for this year’s world cup.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup begins tomorrow.
