Suva's Ragata likely to return to the side for VPL

Suva football goal keeper Emori Ragata is likely to make his return in the Vodafone Premier League this weekend.

Ragata who has been out of the top level football for almost half a year could become the top choice goal keeper for the capital city side this season.

Suva President, Ritesh Pratap says he has been in close contact with Ragata who has shown some positive sign.

“What I have gathered from the sources in Labasa that he was training with Savusavu team and he still got that touches because according to him he got his fitness level and everything done.”

Suva plays Rewa at 3pm on Sunday at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.

In the other matches at same time on Sunday, Nadi plays Ba at Prince Charles Park and Lautoka takes on Tavua at Churchill Park.
